Since 1975, the major change in this area is the presence of Interstate 490, truncating St. Olga and St. Tikhon Streets, and eliminating several streets, including Clarence, Houston, Scothan and Severn. Valleyview Homes Estates is not identified but encompasses many of the above streets immediately northeast of Tremont Valley Playfield (Clark Field).
